I am passionate about user experience, digital design, and optimizing every interaction that I can sticky-note-exercise my way through. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, leading creative strategy for social media and web, I have a deep understanding merging business goals with data-driven decision making. I love working within a team, but I'm also a self-starter who is curious, customer-obsessed, and enthusiastic about UX design.

My path to UX wasnโ€™t traditional, but is tradition even a thing in tech? As a designer, I leverage my 10 years of experience in social media and web to create user-first content journeys that follow UX and accessibility best practices. My strong visual communication skills are one of my strengths, helping me combine user needs with business requirements to build results-driven digital experiences.

A few ways I have created positive user experiences:

  • Leading user experience for the digital transformation of HR content for the employee intranet at T-Mobile.

  • Drove the digital transformation and new brand identity for Lightcurve, formerly Rainer Connect, by introducing an enhanced user experience for web users through extensive journey mapping and content strategy, while revamping the brand identity to align with the target market.

  • I strategized approximately 35 social media campaigns for T-Mobile for Business that drove over 6.3M impressions, 420K engagements, and 52K link clicks to the web.

  • I leveraged user data from LinkedIn to develop a live video content strategy for T-Mobile for Business resulting in an average increased engagement of 27% per live video stream.

  • I developed the content strategy and launched a Facebook Live series for Stanley Brand that led to an average of 70k impressions per episode.
