Summary
I am a UX designer with over 10 years of experience working in marketing with a focus on creative strategy and development. I have worked on countless campaigns both in B2C and B2B to develop fresh, yet results-driven creativity that has led to business growth. All with one foundational goal in mind: creating customer obsessions for the brand and/or product.
While I have been working in digital for several years, I recently completed my certification in UX/UI design and I am looking to dive deeper into this world. UX design allows me to seamlessly merge my creativity and design thinking in a way I never thought possible within my career. From making design decisions based on a user’s need to brainstorming sessions to user-centered experiences, this is what makes me giddy. At my core, I’m a communicator. I love telling stories, especially visual stories and I feel invigorated when I have the opportunity to ideate on the story arc.

Owned the tip-to-tail of T-Mobile for Business’ Bring Your Own Device venture, including web merchandising, traffic strategy, contextual marketing/optimization, function improvements (UX), and data & analytics.
Developed end-to-end user flows, designed wireframes, created the information architecture approach, and turned marketing objectives to digital-first initiatives to deliver success in TfB web, while optimizing existing customer experiences.
Conducted A/B testing in partnership with user research and optimization teams to strengthen user experience and improve business outcomes.

Partnered with internal teams and external partners to optimize business conversions with a special focus on seamless customer experiences as users moved through social media and web interactions into the marketing funnel.
Developed the T-Mobile for Business social media strategy for approximately 30 campaigns across 8 segments annually, while leveraging data and testing to ensure KPIs were met or exceeded.
